7-Eleven TH Review

7-Eleven has grown to be the largest and most successful retail chain in Thailand, with over 9000 stores in the country and over 11 million clients visiting it on a daily basis. With the assistance of Appsynth, the company managed to develop a new app for all Android devices and iDevices that would match this mega brand. Here’s a full review of 7-Eleven TH.

Interface

The design and user interface offered by the app makes it easy for users (including first-timers) to locate and use the features. Other than the fact that it is set in the local language, the interface is familiar, responsive, attractive, and concise. The themes introduced are always pleasing to the eye. Furthermore, the clean and straightforward interface uses bright colors and large graphics that befit this genre of apps.

Features

The developers completely redesign the Android mobile and iOS app with each campaign launched, which always rekindles excitement for long-time users. With this tool, you get to enjoy new payment services through their ‘Truemoney wallet.’ What’s more, with just a few clicks, you can order products from 7-Eleven and get doorstep delivery. You can also locate the 7-Eleven stores near you with the new Map function. Notably, the app allows you to create filters for the products and services. You can also check out any available monthly promotions.

As to rewards, the app offers free and discount coupons, and you can redeem First Choice and Krungsri Credit Card points for Discount Coupons and free products. The app is compatible with iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone that run iOS 9.0 or later as well as Android devices version 4.0.3 and up.

The app scores a 10/10 for its features.

Performance

Notably, the app has a design that is intended to make it more engaging and fun for users compared to other typical retail apps. The app offers an excellent user experience right from the convenient interface to the enhanced features that have significantly boosted the app’s performance. I have never experienced any lags with the app, and it has never crashed on my iPad. All these enhancements are a valid justification as to why the app became the most downloaded in the country.

For its convenience and performance, the app deserves a 10/10.

The Verdict

One of the attributes that I, alongside lots of worldwide users, find attractive is that this leading app rewards its customers. For me, the few shortcomings of the App Store and Google Play app for shopping don’t spoil the benefits. Therefore, there’s no reason why I would not recommend the application to anyone who frequently shops at 7-Eleven.
