Tools for management are made in the form of intuitive icons that can be seen on the screen. You will be able to use all of them during the conference without any problems and switch from one control function to another.

On the tab with the contact you can choose whether it's necessary to call this person via phone, text in chat, or make a videoconference. During the virtual meeting, it's possible to adjust the displaying of the companions on the screen. In addition to it, an interactive whiteboard can be shown to all the members of the videoconference.

So, I can say that interface in the application is rather user-friendly. If you have used Skype or some similar services, you'll be able to navigate through Zoom easily.

A meeting in the app can be scheduled. It's possible to make one link that will work for different conferences. Virtual meetings can be recorded if it's necessary to post them somewhere, send to the archive, or simply show to the employees.

During the screen demonstration, students have the opportunity to interact on the material with a pencil: draw, highlight, and erase. To use this feature, click on the "Comment" icon.

The feature I like the most is the possibility to work out look and background. So, you can download a virtual background if the real one looks distracting. The final image can be previewed on the tab "Video". There is also an option "Correct my appearance". It works like filters in social networks: the app slightly erodes the texture of the skin, making the appearance fresher and more rested.

The app itself usually doesn't freeze, and I haven't noticed any bugs. Anyway, many people say that Zoom is vulnerable, and conference participants may be subject to phishing attacks. I think that the problem of security lies not in the program itself, but in the unsafe behavior of its users.

The basic version gives 40 minutes for free, and up to 100 participants can be in the room at the same time. The type of subscription can be changed. You can choose plans that cost $14.99 and $19.99. They provide various options for usual people and business owners. So, any user will be able to choose the proper variant.

I definitely recommend to download Zoom because it can provide you with lots of necessary functions and video and audio of high quality. It's one of the most necessary apps that will help you to communicate with other people, staying home. The service can be a good platform for conducting remote meetings either with colleagues or with students.
